We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all backpacks and luggage. If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

What is your return policy for technical apparel?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain base layers must be unopened.
